Visual & Creative Lead
Job Description
We’re looking for a Visual & Creative Lead who will own the entire visual output of the agency. This is NOT just a video editing role. This is the person responsible for how the agency looks, feels, and performs visually. We care more about output & talent than years of experience.
What are we Looking for
- 0–2 Years Experience (Strong Portfolio Required).
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (Mandatory).
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus.
- Strong interest in AI tools (Veo, Kling, etc.) and new tech.
- Creative storyteller with detail-oriented design skills.
- Fast learner willing to evolve into a Creative Director role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Turn long-form content into high-performing Reels, Shorts & Ads.
- Work with overlays, cutouts, motion graphics & screen recordings.
- Create conversion-focused ad creatives and social media visuals.
- Design thumbnails, banners, and ensure brand consistency.
- Experiment with AI video & image generation tools to multiply output.
- Repurpose webinars, podcasts & trainings into engaging formats.
