What kinds of projects are the best fit for True North?
We are a strong fit when you need performance marketing, web development, AI automation, or creative design that is directly tied to commercial outcomes. Most of our work happens as structured projects or ongoing retainers where we own a full growth, product, or creative problem end-to-end — not one-off isolated tasks.
How quickly can you start?
For most engagements we can begin within 1–2 weeks of agreeing scope. We run a short discovery and onboarding process first — usually 3–5 days — to get access to your accounts, understand your current setup, and brief the team properly before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. While many clients are based in Dubai and across the UAE and GCC, we work with teams globally. Our strategy, development, and reporting workflows are built to run fully remote across time zones. We have active clients in the UK, Europe, North America, and South Asia.
What is the minimum engagement size?
We do not enforce a strict minimum, but most new engagements start from either a clearly scoped project — for example a website build, AI automation initiative, or campaign launch — or a monthly retainer covering performance marketing, design, or engineering. On the first call we will tell you directly if we are not the right fit for your current stage.
What should I prepare before our first call?
A short overview of your business, your current challenges, and what you want to achieve over the next 6–12 months is enough. If you have analytics access, ad account data, or an existing brief, we will request those after the call. The first conversation is focused on understanding fit and identifying the actual problem we would be solving.
Do you offer one-time projects or only retainers?
Both. We take on clearly scoped one-time projects — websites, brand identities, AI automation builds, campaign setups — and we also run ongoing monthly retainers for performance marketing management, content, SEO, and engineering support. Many clients start with a project and move to a retainer once they see results.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on scope and deliverables, not hourly rates. After our introductory call we put together a proposal outlining exactly what we will deliver, the timeline, and the investment. We do not send vague quotes — every proposal is specific about what you get and what we are measuring against.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. Every client has a named lead from our team who is accountable for your engagement — either from the marketing, development, or strategy side depending on the work. You will not be passed between account managers or dealing with a rotating roster of people who do not know your business.
How do you report on results?
Reporting is built around the metrics that actually matter to your business — leads, cost per acquisition, revenue, conversion rate, or operational time saved depending on the engagement type. We do not send monthly PDFs full of impressions and reach. You get a live Looker Studio dashboard or structured report updated regularly, covering what changed, why, and what we are doing next.
What happens if results are not meeting expectations?
We raise it before you do. If a campaign, build, or system is underperforming against the targets we set together, we diagnose the problem, communicate it clearly, and present a plan to fix it. We do not hide behind vanity metrics or blame external factors. Our goal is to fix what is not working — not to protect the relationship by avoiding difficult conversations.
