Start where you are. The first call runs 45 minutes with no deck and no pitch. We want to understand the business: what you are trying to grow, where it keeps stalling, and what is causing that rather than what looks like the cause. Then we agree a plan. You leave with a read on the problem and the next steps, whether or not you end up working with us. If we are the right team for it, a proposal follows with scope, timeline and what we expect to accomplish. ## Before We Start Working Together ### Who do you work best with? Founders and operators who already have something running and want it to run harder. That is usually an ecommerce or services business in the UAE and GCC with a product that sells, a team that can move, and a number they are trying to reach. We are less useful to someone still testing whether the idea works at all, and we will say that on the first call rather than take the retainer. ### What does True North actually do? Four disciplines sit inside one team: performance marketing, web and software development, creative and production, and AI systems and automation. In most agencies the campaign, the site it points at, and the tracking underneath it belong to three different suppliers. Here they belong to one team, which is why they tend to agree with each other. ### What does it cost to work with you? Engagements run in four bands: AED 2,500 to 5,000, 5,000 to 10,000, 10,000 to 20,000, and 20,000 and above per month. The smallest of those is our floor. Which band applies depends on scope and on how much is being built rather than run. Pricing follows scope and deliverables rather than hours, and the exact number comes after the discovery call, in writing, before anything starts. ### Do you take one-off projects, or only retainers? Both. A scoped project might be a website build, a brand identity, an automation system or a campaign launch. A retainer covers ongoing performance marketing, content, SEO or engineering. Plenty of clients start with a project and move to a retainer once they can see what the work is doing. ### Do you work with companies outside the UAE? Yes, regularly. Most of our clients are in Dubai and across the UAE and GCC, and we have worked with clients in the US, the UK and Singapore. Strategy, development and reporting run remote by default, so time zones have not been the constraint. ### How do you work alongside an in-house team? We take over the areas where your in-house team is falling short or is not specialised, and we work in your tools so nothing sits in a silo. ### What happens on the first call? Forty-five minutes, no deck. We ask what you are trying to move, what you have already tried, and what your numbers look like now. You get our read on the same call. If we need to see an account or a dashboard before answering properly, we will say so rather than guess. ### How quickly can you start? Most engagements start the following week. We ask for everything we need from you up front, account access included, and by the end of that week the work has already started. ### Who will I be working with? You work directly with the founders and the team running your account, and stay in touch with both. ### How do you decide what to work on first? By what is costing you the most right now, not by what is easiest for us to bill. Usually that means fixing measurement before spending against it, because a channel you cannot read is a channel you cannot improve. We agree the targets before the work starts and report against them in a live Looker Studio dashboard or a structured report.
