We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, helping us build a supportive and high-performance culture. Ideally, you are a people person with excellent organizational skills and a passion for talent management.

What are we Looking for

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in organizing team-building activities and culture initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize company events and engagement activities.
