What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in organizing team-building activities and culture initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize company events and engagement activities.
