Lower overhead
01Skip studio-sized burn.
Avoid repeat studio hire, large crews, equipment rentals, set builds, power, and location resets when the creative can be built digitally.
Why True North Studio
Lower overhead
01Avoid repeat studio hire, large crews, equipment rentals, set builds, power, and location resets when the creative can be built digitally.
Digital production
02CGI, AI video, 3D, motion, and compositing turn one brand system into scenes, formats, and product visuals without another full production day.
Variant velocity
03AI video, CGI, and editing let us turn approved concepts into usable video variants in days, while on-site shoots usually wait on locations, crews, equipment, and reshoot windows.

Content costs, cut. Studio-grade campaigns without studio-sized production budgets.

Speed you can plan on. Storyboard to live campaign in days. Launches stop waiting on shoots.

More shots on goal. Dozens of creative variants per brief: faster testing, better ROAS.

One brand, everywhere. Films, stills, and socials cut from a single brand-locked pipeline.

Founder-checked quality. A human edit and grade on every frame before it ships.

Assets you actually own. Masters, project files, and full usage rights with every drop.
Every film here started as a written storyboard, moved through AI generation and sound design, and finished under a human edit and grade. Product, fashion, and social work, shipped campaign-ready in days, not shoot weeks.
The production stack behind every deliverable, from generation to delivery, run in-house.
Our Process
A proven process we repeat and refine with every client, plus agentic systems that keep your content growing after launch.
We map your business, marketing, analytics, and stack to pinpoint exactly what is blocking growth before we touch anything.
We align channels and funnels with concrete targets, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and document the path to each one.
We rebuild tracking, pages, funnels, and automation so paid and organic have a solid foundation to scale from.
We go live with structured experiments, then iterate on creatives, audiences, and flows as a compounding system.
Computer-Generated Imagery
Brand first
Every asset starts from your brand system (voice, look, and layout rules) so output ships on-brand, not just on time.
Performance-tied
Studio work plugs into the same measurement loop as the campaigns it feeds. What runs is what converts.
Production QA
Human review on every AI-assisted deliverable: continuity, licensing, brand accuracy, and platform specs.
Real when needed
AI-first doesn't mean AI-only. We still shoot real footage when the brief calls for it.
Bring us the brief, budget, or content gap. We'll map the fastest route from creative direction to campaign-ready assets.

It cuts the expensive repeat work around every creative batch: separate studio days, heavy crews, equipment rental, set resets, and long revision loops. We still use human strategy, direction, editing, and review, but AI, CGI, and automation let us create more usable scenes, formats, and variants from the same brief and brand system.
No. AI-first means we choose the fastest, most sensible production route for the outcome. If a real creator, product capture, founder clip, location, or on-site shoot is the right move, we plan it. The difference is that we do not default to expensive production when digital production, CGI, AI video, or a lightweight capture plan can deliver the asset better.
We look at the product, risk, realism required, budget, timeline, platform, and how the asset will be used. Product accuracy, regulated claims, talent requirements, and brand sensitivity may push us toward real capture. Variant volume, speed, surreal scenes, product worlds, and testing usually favour AI, CGI, and compositing. The recommendation is made before production begins, not after money is spent.
Not if it is directed properly. The quality comes from the brief, brand references, art direction, prompting, generation control, editing, retouching, sound, typography, and final human review. We avoid shipping raw AI output as finished work unless it truly meets the standard for the channel and the brand.
The best input is a brand kit, product information, usage rights, approved claims, past winners, references you like, references you do not like, target placements, and the business goal. If those are incomplete, we can help build the creative context first so the studio is not guessing from a logo and a short prompt.
Humans lead the strategy, hooks, scripts, creative direction, taste decisions, editing, QA, approvals, and performance interpretation. AI helps with speed, exploration, compositing, and versioning, but the judgment stays with the team responsible for brand fit and business outcome.
Typical outputs include paid social creatives, UGC-style videos, product worlds, lifestyle scenes, AI avatars, ecommerce visuals, launch assets, thumbnails, landing page visuals, motion graphics, brand films, explainers, cutdowns, and campaign variants across web, social, and retail formats.
The studio is connected to TNM's performance marketing, web, analytics, and automation work. Creative is planned around channels, landing pages, offers, testing plans, and what the media team needs to learn from each batch. That keeps the work useful after it looks good.
Timelines depend on scope, approvals, source assets, and whether we need real capture. A focused digital sprint can move much faster than a traditional production cycle because scripting, generation, editing, resizing, and versioning happen in one connected workflow. Larger shoots or high-compliance work get a more formal schedule.
We work from approved brand inputs, visual references, claims, usage boundaries, and review checkpoints. Product details, regulated statements, likeness usage, licensing, and platform restrictions are checked before an asset is treated as campaign-ready. If the risk is too high for AI, we recommend another route.
Final deliverables are handed over for your business use under the agreed scope. If a project uses third-party tools, stock, creator talent, voice, music, model likeness, or platform-specific licensing, we clarify the usage boundaries before production so there is no confusion after launch.
It helps, but it is not always required. Existing footage, product shots, founder clips, packaging, CAD files, and brand assets improve realism and consistency. If they do not exist, we can propose AI-assisted routes, CGI routes, a lightweight capture plan, or a real shoot depending on what the asset needs to achieve.
Yes. We plan assets by placement: vertical video, square posts, story formats, thumbnails, ecommerce image sets, PDP modules, landing page visuals, display assets, and cutdowns for different funnel stages. The goal is not one beautiful master file; it is a usable asset system.
Yes. This is one of the strongest reasons to use the studio. We can produce controlled variations in hooks, scenes, product angles, offers, formats, thumbnails, copy angles, and opening frames so your media team is not stuck testing one asset at a time.
It is not the right fit when a project needs only a pure film crew, celebrity-led production, heavy location logistics, or legal review before any creative experimentation. In those cases we can still support concepting, pre-visualization, adaptation, post-production, and performance-ready cutdowns, or help plan a real production if that route makes more sense.
