Design Standard
We design for real-world performance, not presentation decks. Every brand identity, interface, and campaign creative we produce is built to function across real marketing channels, real user behaviour, and measurable business objectives. Creative only succeeds when it performs consistently in the market.
Design & Creative Services — Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the questions businesses most commonly ask when evaluating branding, UI/UX design, and creative agency services.
What does a brand identity or logo design project include?
A complete brand identity includes logo variations, colour palette, typography, iconography, and brand guidelines. These elements ensure your brand is applied consistently across websites, packaging, social media, advertising, and print — without needing a designer to interpret it each time.
How much does professional branding or logo design cost?
Cost depends on scope and deliverables. Brand identity projects range from focused logo and identity packages to full brand architecture covering multiple products or markets. After an initial discussion we provide a clear proposal outlining scope, timeline, and what is included.
How long does a brand identity or UI/UX project take?
Brand identity projects typically take 4–8 weeks depending on concept rounds and deliverables. UI/UX design for websites ranges from 3–6 weeks based on page count and complexity. Larger product or SaaS interface projects may take longer due to user flow planning and component depth.
What is the difference between branding and graphic design?
Branding defines the strategic and visual identity behind a company — positioning, visual language, and usage guidelines. Graphic design refers to individual assets such as social graphics, ads, or brochures. Strong graphic design should always follow the brand identity to maintain recognition and consistency.
Do you design both brand identities and websites?
Yes. We work across brand identity, website UI/UX, product interfaces, social media creative, packaging, and campaign assets — so the visual language stays consistent across your website, marketing, and brand materials.
Do you design ad creatives for paid social and Google campaigns?
Yes. We produce ad creatives, social content, and campaign visuals specifically for performance environments. Assets are built to the format and behaviour specifications of each platform — Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
What is conversion-focused design?
Conversion-focused design applies layout hierarchy, UX principles, and visual psychology to guide users towards a specific action — purchase, signup, or enquiry. Call-to-action placement, readability, contrast, and trust signals are all structured to improve conversion rate, not just visual appeal.
Do you support Arabic and English design?
Yes. We design brand identities and interfaces that support both Arabic and English typography, including right-to-left (RTL) layouts where required. Arabic localisation is designed from the start — not applied as a translation of the English version.
Can you refresh or evolve an existing brand?
Yes. Many clients come to us for a brand refresh rather than a full rebrand. We start with a brand audit to evaluate existing recognition and visual equity before recommending what should evolve and what should stay consistent.
Do you create packaging design for products?
Yes. Our packaging work includes label design, product packaging, retail shelf presentation, print-ready artwork, and 3D mockups in Blender for use in digital campaigns before physical production.
Do you produce motion graphics and video content?
Yes. Motion graphics, animated ad creatives, reels, and short-form video are produced in-house using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Motion creative is included as part of our social media and campaign creative service.
What design tools do you use?
We work in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Framer, Webflow, and Blender for 3D mockups. Industry-standard tools mean clean handoff to developers, printers, and marketing platforms.
Will we receive the source files after the project?
Yes. You receive all final assets including source files, web and print export formats, and brand guidelines. Files are organised so your internal team can use and extend them without needing to come back to us for every asset.
Do you offer ongoing creative support after a project?
Yes. Many clients continue on monthly creative retainers covering social media content, ad creative production, landing page design, and campaign assets.
Why does design quality affect marketing performance?
Design directly influences how users perceive trust, process information, and decide to act. Strong visual hierarchy, clear messaging, and platform-appropriate creative improve CTR, reduce bounce rate, and increase conversion across ads, landing pages, and product experiences.
