## About the role

Editing and motion for campaign films, performance creative and product video, built from our studio's storyboards, real footage and generated shots. The work runs from the first assembly to the final grade, and the cut is judged on whether it holds attention in a paid placement, not on whether it looks good in isolation.

## What We Are Looking For

- Expert Premiere Pro and After Effects, with motion graphics as daily work rather than an occasional ask.
- 3D and CGI capability, in Blender or equivalent, and the judgement to know when a shot should be built rather than filmed.
- Colour and sound: you grade your own work and you mix it well enough that it ships.
- A reel that shows range across brand film and performance creative, and the ability to explain the decisions in it.
- You cut for the placement. A feed edit and a hero film hold attention by different means, and you know which you are making.

## Role & Responsibilities

- Edit campaign films, performance creative and product video from storyboard to final grade.
- Build motion graphics, titles and CGI-assisted sequences where the shot calls for it.
- Version each master for the placements it will run in, and keep quality equal across them.
- Work with the studio on generated and composited shots, and keep a human pass on everything that ships.
- Hold the standard when a deadline argues with it.

## Frequently asked questions

### How much of this is motion graphics versus editing?

Motion carries the role. After Effects sits beside Premiere Pro in the daily work, and we will look for it first in your reel.

### Is 3D genuinely required?

Yes. Blender or an equivalent pipeline, plus the judgement to know when a shot should be built rather than filmed. CGI product work is a regular part of the output.

### Do I grade and mix my own work?

Yes. You take a cut from first assembly through colour and sound to delivery. Nothing is handed to a separate finishing pass.

### Where does AI-generated footage fit?

Generated and composited shots come out of our studio and land in your timeline. A human pass stays on everything that ships, which is the part of the job that is not negotiable.

### What do you look for in a reel?

Range across brand film and performance creative, and the ability to explain the decisions in it. We will ask why a cut lands where it does.
