## About the role

Always-on social for our own brand and for client accounts across the UAE and GCC, in English and Arabic. You set the calendar, direct creators and UGC through our AI-first studio, and brief creative from live performance data rather than instinct. Reporting ties to reach, engagement and pipeline, which means you will be asked what the work moved, not how much of it there was.

## What We Are Looking For

- Three or more years running social for brands, with work you can point to and explain.
- Fluent in the GCC platform mix: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, and how each behaves in this region.
- Bilingual English and Arabic, or a working system for shipping both without one becoming a translation of the other.
- You direct creators rather than commission them, and you can tell a good cut from a bad one.
- You read analytics as a brief, not as a scoreboard.

## Role & Responsibilities

- Own the content calendar for our brand and for client accounts.
- Direct creators and UGC production alongside the studio team.
- Brief performance creative from live campaign data.
- Report monthly against reach, engagement and pipeline.
- Keep the Arabic and English feeds equal in quality, not equal in word count.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I have to write the Arabic myself?

Either you write both languages to publishing standard, or you have a system that ships both at equal quality. A feed that reads as translated is the failure case, whichever route you take.

### Which platforms will I actually run?

Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn. Snapchat carries more weight in the GCC than in most markets, so regional platform behaviour matters more here than a generic social background.

### Is this our brand or client accounts?

Both, and they are held to the same standard. Our own feed is the reference a prospect checks before they believe anything in a proposal.

### How much of this is creator direction?

A large part of it. You direct creators and UGC through our studio rather than briefing and hoping, which means giving notes on a cut and knowing why one take works.

### What am I measured on?

Reach, engagement and pipeline, reviewed monthly. Volume of posts is not a metric here. What the calendar moved is.
