You take four service lines to founders and marketing leads across the UAE and GCC: performance marketing, web and software development, AI automation and creative production. Discovery runs our way, which means direct questions and an honest read on fit, including the times the honest read is no. Proposals are built with the people who deliver them, so nothing is promised that cannot ship.

## What We Are Looking For

- Two to four years selling services or software to founders and marketing leads, in this region or a comparable one.
- Enough technical literacy to hold a conversation about a build, a campaign and an automation without deferring every question.
- You qualify out early and say so. A clean no beats a slow maybe.
- Disciplined pipeline hygiene in a CRM, because forecasting is only as good as the data behind it.
- You write well. Most of this job is a proposal someone reads without you in the room.

## Role & Responsibilities

- Run discovery calls and give an honest read on fit before the call ends.
- Build proposals and scopes with the delivery team.
- Own your pipeline in HubSpot from first touch to signed scope.
- Bring market signal back to the team: what buyers ask for, what they refuse to pay for.
- Hold price. Any discount goes to the founders first.
